At Seybert's Billiard Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping your item back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, accessories, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix your shipping label and the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred carrier's location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment for use or damage, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
